Pumpkingdom has not been the same since it fell. Some people lost homes. Others lost kitchens. You can rebuild stone, but hunger makes people disappear quietly.
Rhea and I are keeping tonight simple: something filling, nothing wasteful, and enough set aside so the Plains do not feel it tomorrow.
