I just spoke with Ceryn. Not a criminal. Not a saint. Just someone people trust.
Stealing is wrong. I will not pretend otherwise. But I did not understand how bad it had gotten out there. Pumpkingdom's shadow reaches farther than our gates. So here's what will happen. The gates stay closed. But I will be slower to notice a sack that is not mine. And I will start pushing for proper rations that do not require sneaking.

Stehlen ist falsch. Das werde ich nicht so tun als wäre es anders. Aber ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie schlimm es da draußen geworden ist. Pumpkingdoms Schatten reicht weiter als unsere Tore. Also läuft es so: Die Tore bleiben zu. Aber ich werde langsamer bemerken, was nicht meins ist. Und ich werde mich für richtige Rationen einsetzen, bei denen man nicht schleichen muss. |
