Placing generators above an Auto Harvester will cause it to automatically mine them. However, be careful as the Auto Harvester isn't very reliable and only successfully collects a resource approximately 1 in every 5 resources mined. Try stacking some cobblestone generators on top of the Auto Harvester to automatically harvest some cobblestone.
